I have a few queries.

1 - Are you providing your batteries through any of the LHSs in Pakistan? have you contacted major RC shops present here like Arttech Hobbies in Rawalpindi or Hobby Lobby in Lahore?
2 - Will you provide charge/discharge graphs for the batteries?
3 - Is there going to be proper warranty for these batteries? If so, explain what it would cover and for what period would it be applicable? Also, what about capacity and charge/discharge C rate guarantees?
4 - What discharge and charge rating is applicable for these batteries?
5 - Can you please provide a list of the batteries of various capacities, C rating, etc and their corresponding pricing?

Kong Power batteries, I just ordered eleven batteries of varying capacities from elsewhere. I had heard positive review of your batteries from another flying buddy but your lack of any subsequent reply to my queries potentially lost you that bit of business.

Hopefully, you will reply soon so that your batteries are also under consideration the next time I intend to purchase more batteries.

Ans:Guys as we have told you that our main goal is to keep the price of our batteries as low as possible and serve our customers in Pakistani much as we can and if we will distribute our batteries through LHS then of course the cost of the batteries will increase so we have decided to to serve our customers directly

Ans:We will provide charge/discharge graphs for a certain range of our battries

3 - Is there going to be proper warranty for these batteries? If so, explain what it would cover and for what period would it be applicable? Also, what about capacity and charge/discharge C rate guarantees?

Ans:Our batteries do come with a four month of warranty period and the warranty will not cover any physical damage caused by any crash and due to the overcharging of the batteries otherwise if a customer have a problem with the chemistry of our batteries then it will be cover under the warranty of our batteries

4 - What discharge and charge rating is applicable for these batteries?

Ans:our batteries are capable of delevering highest discharge as compared to any other battries in the market and we have a wide range of 26 C , 36C , 40C and more

5 - Can you please provide a list of the batteries of various capacities, C rating, etc and their corresponding pricing?
