Duty is a maximum of 25% for parts/accessories. Others taxes will pile up on top of that. Consult the FBR website for Customs related duty tariffs.

The customs official (a.k.a. appraiser) assesses the value of the package/parcel and then calculates its duty.

What parts were there in that parcel? Have you met the customs staff yet and explained to them about the actual worth of the parts? Many times, the Chinese websites/companies make under valued invoice even if customer explicitly insists on full value invoice. Talking with them and explaining the situation might help resolve the misunderstanding.

Brother, sorry to say, but you have been fined for cheating with the customs. Its better to clear out things with chai-pani, else you will receive a letter of show-cause notice in a couple of days, from the FBR and then the amount to get out from trouble will be heavy.
