This is a model prior to AX series, it is considered sturdier & reliable, compared to contemporary engines in its class. Features include, twin ball-raced shaft, six head screws (for better hold), remote needle (no more prop injuries) and a lighter muffler.

Did the break-in my self (by the book). Used it to the check flight characteristics of a scratch built fun-fly. This engine only did 6-8 flights. Oiled and packed up for almost 8 years. No oil/gum residue, however the muffler & few head fins have a few castor oil stains (castor oil era). Never disassembled & Guaranteed to start with a slightest of 'reverse flip' on the spinner !!
